Important Notice

Laboratory Research Products Only

TNT Peptides supplies products solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, and research purposes. Purchasers are responsible for determining whether they possess the knowledge, facilities, equipment, authorization, and procedures necessary to receive, store, handle, research, and dispose of each product safely and lawfully.

01

Agreement and Acceptance

This Release of Liability applies to each visitor, account holder, purchaser, recipient, researcher, laboratory, organization, institution, business, and other person who purchases, receives, possesses, handles, transfers, stores, researches, or disposes of a product obtained through TNT Peptides.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, accepting delivery, or using or handling a TNT Peptides product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Release of Liability and the other applicable TNT Peptides policies.

If a person places an order on behalf of a laboratory, company, institution, organization, or other entity, that person represents that they have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that entity. In that circumstance, “purchaser” includes both the individual placing the order and the represented entity.

A purchaser who does not agree to these terms must not place an order, accept delivery, or handle a TNT Peptides product.

02

Research-Use-Only Products

All peptides, compounds, supplies, materials, and other products offered by TNT Peptides are sold solely for legitimate laboratory research, analytical, educational, or developmental purposes consistent with the product information and applicable law.

TNT Peptides products are not offered or intended for:

  • Human or animal consumption.
  • Human or veterinary administration.
  • Injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, or topical application to any person or animal.
  • Use as a drug, medicine, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, biologic, therapeutic product, or veterinary product.
  • Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease, condition, symptom, injury, or health concern.
  • Clinical, recreational, bodybuilding, performance-enhancement, weight-management, wellness, or household use.
  • Use in any procedure involving a human or animal research subject unless independently authorized and conducted in full compliance with all applicable laws and institutional requirements.

Product names, scientific references, chemical classifications, research discussions, Certificates of Analysis, and other product information do not expand the intended use of a product beyond lawful laboratory research.

Research Labeling Does Not Authorize Personal Use

A product’s availability, packaging, purity information, laboratory testing, or research-use labeling does not mean that the product is safe, approved, suitable, or lawful for administration to a person or animal.

03

Purchaser Representations and Responsibilities

By purchasing or accepting a TNT Peptides product, the purchaser represents and agrees that:

  • The purchaser is at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • The product is being acquired solely for a lawful research, laboratory, analytical, educational, or developmental purpose.
  • The purchaser will not use, permit, recommend, market, or transfer the product for human or animal use.
  • The purchaser has sufficient knowledge, training, supervision, facilities, protective equipment, and procedures to handle the product responsibly.
  • The purchaser will independently review the product information, label, available Certificate of Analysis, storage requirements, handling requirements, and applicable safety information before beginning any research.
  • The purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, environmental, occupational-safety, transportation, import, export, and disposal requirements.
  • The purchaser will restrict product access to appropriately trained and authorized personnel.
  • The purchaser will maintain accurate labeling and will not remove, obscure, modify, or misrepresent research-use warnings.
  • The purchaser will not resell, redistribute, advertise, or transfer a product in a manner inconsistent with its lawful research purpose.
  • The purchaser is responsible for evaluating whether possession or use of a particular product is permitted in the purchaser’s jurisdiction and research setting.

TNT Peptides does not independently supervise the purchaser’s laboratory, personnel, research protocol, storage conditions, equipment, handling procedures, disposal practices, representations, or downstream distribution.

04

Prohibited Uses and Conduct

The purchaser must not directly or indirectly:

  • Administer or apply a TNT Peptides product to themselves, another person, or an animal.
  • Represent a product as approved, prescribed, recommended, safe, or effective for human or animal use.
  • Use a product to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
  • Use a product as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or veterinary care.
  • Provide a product to a patient, consumer, athlete, client, medical provider, veterinary provider, or other person for personal or clinical use.
  • Repackage, relabel, compound, prepare, market, promote, or sell a product for human or animal administration.
  • Use a product in unlawful, unauthorized, unsafe, deceptive, or inadequately supervised research.
  • Use TNT Peptides content to encourage or instruct others in prohibited administration or personal use.
  • Remove research-use warnings or create packaging, advertising, instructions, or communications that imply an unauthorized intended use.
  • Transfer a product to a minor or to anyone the purchaser knows or reasonably should know intends to misuse it.

Any prohibited use is outside the purpose for which the product was offered and sold. TNT Peptides may refuse or cancel orders, restrict account access, terminate customer relationships, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action when prohibited or suspicious activity is identified.

05

Product Information and Certificates of Analysis

Product descriptions, chemical names, quantities, specifications, storage guidance, research references, Certificates of Analysis, purity results, testing information, and other website content are provided for product identification and general research information.

This information is not:

  • Medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, toxicological, legal, or regulatory advice.
  • A recommendation for a particular experiment, procedure, route of administration, or use.
  • A representation that the product is suitable for every research protocol or laboratory environment.
  • A guarantee that independent testing will produce identical results.
  • A substitute for the purchaser’s own risk assessment, validation, quality-control procedures, or professional consultation.

A Certificate of Analysis reports the results associated with the identified sample, batch, lot, or testing procedure. It does not establish safety or suitability for human or animal administration and does not eliminate the need for independent verification when required by the purchaser’s protocol, institution, or applicable law.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the product identity, lot information, condition, documentation, and specifications are appropriate for the intended lawful research before opening or using the product.

06

Research and Laboratory Risks

The purchaser acknowledges that peptides, chemicals, compounds, laboratory supplies, and research materials may involve known and unknown risks. Those risks may vary according to the product, concentration, quantity, combination, storage condition, research method, environment, equipment, and experience of the individuals involved.

Potential risks may include:

  • Accidental exposure through skin, eyes, inhalation, ingestion, injection, spills, broken containers, aerosols, contaminated surfaces, or improper protective equipment.
  • Adverse chemical, biological, allergic, toxicological, environmental, or physical reactions.
  • Contamination, cross-contamination, degradation, instability, incompatibility, misidentification, or loss of product integrity.
  • Unexpected reactions when a product is mixed, reconstituted, combined, heated, cooled, frozen, transported, or exposed to unsuitable conditions.
  • Damage to laboratory equipment, facilities, samples, research materials, property, data, or surrounding environments.
  • Injury to researchers, personnel, contractors, visitors, carriers, waste handlers, or other third parties.
  • Research failure, unusable results, lost time, lost materials, lost data, regulatory consequences, or financial loss.
  • Risks not currently known, documented, anticipated, or reasonably discoverable.

This list is illustrative and does not identify every possible risk associated with a product or research activity.

07

Receipt, Storage, Handling, and Disposal

The purchaser assumes responsibility for the product after delivery and must establish appropriate procedures for receiving, inspecting, documenting, securing, storing, handling, researching, transporting, and disposing of the product.

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • Inspecting the shipment, packaging, label, quantity, lot information, and product condition before use.
  • Reporting visible damage, leakage, incorrect products, missing products, or other fulfillment problems promptly.
  • Following product-specific storage information and maintaining appropriate environmental conditions.
  • Using suitable personal protective equipment, containment controls, ventilation, instruments, and emergency procedures.
  • Preventing access by children, unauthorized persons, animals, and untrained personnel.
  • Preventing accidental exposure, contamination, diversion, theft, misuse, or release into the environment.
  • Maintaining labels and records sufficient to identify the product and its research-use restrictions.
  • Disposing of products, containers, contaminated materials, and laboratory waste according to applicable requirements.

If the purchaser does not know how to handle a product safely, the purchaser must not open, manipulate, transfer, reconstitute, combine, or use it until appropriate qualified guidance and procedures have been obtained.

08

Knowing Assumption of Risk

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser voluntarily assumes the risks arising from or related to:

  • The purchaser’s selection of a product for a particular research purpose.
  • Possession, storage, handling, transportation, experimentation, transfer, or disposal after delivery.
  • Failure to inspect the product or review available product information before use.
  • Failure to use appropriate training, supervision, facilities, equipment, protective measures, or procedures.
  • Research methods, combinations, protocols, or conditions selected or controlled by the purchaser.
  • Use inconsistent with the product label, product information, this Release of Liability, or applicable law.
  • Unauthorized human or animal administration or another prohibited use.
  • Acts or omissions of the purchaser’s personnel, contractors, agents, customers, recipients, or other third parties under the purchaser’s control.

The purchaser acknowledges that TNT Peptides cannot evaluate or control every research method, laboratory condition, downstream transfer, or activity occurring after a product is delivered.

Nothing in this section requires the purchaser to assume a risk that applicable law does not permit the purchaser to assume by contract.

09

Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser releases TNT Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

  • The purchaser’s misuse, unauthorized use, prohibited use, or unlawful use of a product.
  • Human or animal administration contrary to the product’s research-only purpose.
  • The purchaser’s failure to follow product information, storage requirements, warnings, or appropriate laboratory practices.
  • The purchaser’s selected research protocol, experimental design, handling method, equipment, facilities, supervision, or disposal practice.
  • Alteration, dilution, reconstitution, combination, repackaging, relabeling, contamination, resale, transfer, or modification occurring after delivery.
  • Acts or omissions of a person or entity receiving a product from the purchaser.
  • Reliance on website content as medical, clinical, veterinary, legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
  • A use that TNT Peptides did not authorize, direct, control, recommend, or reasonably contemplate as part of lawful laboratory research.

This release does not apply to claims arising from TNT Peptides’ fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violation of law, or another category of liability that cannot lawfully be released or limited.

No Release for Non-Waivable Liability

This policy is intended to allocate responsibility for purchaser-controlled research and misuse. It does not excuse unlawful conduct or eliminate any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

10

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNT Peptides will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, research, transfer, disposal, misuse, or inability to use a product.

This includes, where legally permitted, claimed losses involving:

  • Lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, contracts, or goodwill.
  • Interrupted operations, delayed research, failed experiments, or unusable results.
  • Lost or corrupted specimens, samples, records, measurements, or research data.
  • Damage to equipment, facilities, inventory, property, or other research materials.
  • Third-party claims resulting from the purchaser’s conduct or downstream distribution.
  • Unauthorized human or animal use.

Where a monetary limitation is legally permitted, TNT Peptides’ aggregate liability arising from a particular product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid to TNT Peptides for the affected product giving rise to the claim.

The exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violation of law, personal injury, strict product liability, or another claim to the extent that applicable law prohibits its exclusion or limitation.

11

Purchaser Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TNT Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, service providers, successors, and assigns from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or related to:

  • The purchaser’s breach of this Release of Liability or another applicable TNT Peptides policy.
  • The purchaser’s negligent, reckless, willful, prohibited, or unlawful conduct.
  • The purchaser’s storage, handling, experimentation, repackaging, relabeling, promotion, transfer, resale, or disposal of a product.
  • Human or animal administration by the purchaser or a person who obtained the product through the purchaser.
  • A medical, therapeutic, safety, efficacy, or human-use claim made by the purchaser.
  • Failure to maintain appropriate training, facilities, controls, warnings, records, security, or disposal procedures.
  • Injury to the purchaser’s personnel, contractors, customers, recipients, visitors, or other third parties resulting from purchaser-controlled conduct.
  • Violation of a federal, state, local, institutional, occupational, environmental, transportation, import, export, or disposal requirement by the purchaser.

This indemnification does not require the purchaser to indemnify TNT Peptides for TNT Peptides’ own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, or another liability for which indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

12

Third Parties and Product Transfers

The purchaser is responsible for any person or entity to whom the purchaser gives, resells, transfers, provides access to, or otherwise makes a TNT Peptides product available.

Before any lawful transfer, the purchaser must ensure that the recipient:

  • Is legally permitted to receive and possess the product.
  • Intends to use the product solely for lawful laboratory research.
  • Has appropriate knowledge, facilities, equipment, safeguards, and procedures.
  • Receives the original product identification, lot information, warnings, research-use restrictions, and available documentation.
  • Understands that the product is not for human or animal use.

Transfer, resale, relabeling, or redistribution does not change the product’s research-only purpose. The purchaser may not make medical, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, safety, efficacy, or regulatory representations on behalf of TNT Peptides.

TNT Peptides is not responsible for statements, instructions, modifications, representations, or conduct originating from an affiliate, reseller, purchaser, researcher, social-media account, online community, or other unaffiliated third party.
